You may request an exchange for home appliances and tools within 3 business days from the date of receiving the order, according to the following conditions:

  • Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition (unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and connection parts included), and free from scratches or any signs of damage.

  • Accepted Reasons for Exchange: Manufacturing defects or technical malfunctions that prevent the product from operating properly.

  • Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping fees and any additional administrative charges related to the exchange process.

Exchange Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service team and explain the issue, while attaching the original purchase invoice.

  2. After reviewing and approving the request, we will provide instructions for returning the product safely.

2. Return Policy

We are committed to offering return options when no suitable replacement solution is available, under the following terms:

  • Eligible Cases: Manufacturing defects that prevent the product from being used, with no replacement unit of the same type available.

  • Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Refund Process: The order amount will be refunded to the customer’s bank account through the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the product at our warehouse.
