  1. Warranty Period: Small electrical appliances sold by ZAMO are covered by the manufacturer’s (or authorized distributor’s) warranty for a specified period starting from the date of purchase.

  2. Warranty Conditions: The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

    • Misuse or operation contrary to the user manual instructions.

    • Breakage, dropping, or exposure to liquids.

    • Repair attempts made outside authorized service centers.

  3. Warranty Procedures: Customers must keep the original purchase invoice and present it when requesting maintenance or warranty service.

Section 3: Exchange & Return Policy

  1. Returns: Customers may return products within 7 days from the delivery date, provided the product remains in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

  2. Exchanges: Customers may exchange products within 14 days if there is a manufacturing defect that prevents proper use.

  3. Excluded Products: Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged unless they contain a manufacturing defect.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • Reproducing, copying, or reselling any website content or products without written permission from ZAMO management is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, including your address and phone number, to ensure timely delivery of shipments. ZAMO Store is not responsible for shipping delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
